We want everyone to be able to explore Piera Grove and find the information they need.

Our approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and testing target. This is an ongoing effort, not a claim that every part of the site has been independently certified or fully assessed.

The current storefront includes keyboard-operable controls, visible focus indicators, descriptions for product images, labeled search fields and support for reduced-motion preferences. We review layouts at smaller screen sizes and keep zoom available.

If you encounter a barrier, contact us by email or phone. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do and your preferred way for us to respond. Browser or assistive-technology details can help, but are optional. Do not include medical information.

Assistance

We can help with available product information and work with you on an accessible way to complete a request. Third-party services and future checkout features require their own testing as they are introduced.
